Description
The new headquarters for Meraas Development and the Engineer’s Office comprised a ground + 2nd Floor pre- cast concrete structure building of 13,312 m2 built-up
area, with an additional communal buildings of 1,508 m2 housing a mosque, dining room, substation, etc. Khansons scope was for all the Civil and Structural works, MEP installations, fit-out and external works.
