Description
This building, located opposite Deira City Centre, is being used as corporate offices for MAF’s retail wing. This department manages their shopping mall operations.
The uniqueness of this project is the use of a “flexible space system” for air-conditioning. In this system cold air is blown under the raised floor void using AHU’s with the floor terminal units pushing air in to the office area. The full system is highly intelligent and is being used for the first time in the UAE.
